في مجموعتها الشعرية "إختلاجات أنثى لرجل هو أنت" تبدو سارة الأحدب عاشقة حتى الثمالة، تحاول العثور على ذاتها، بما تمتلك من موهبة وفهم، تسكبها في قصائد تحمل رشاقة المعنى وتأثيثه وكثافة بنيته، فالقصيدة عند سارة تأتي من خلال محمولاتها اللغوية المغلفة بمسار تراجيدي، وهذا متأتي من حالة حب وهيام، هي أكثر تعبيراً عن حالة بنات جنسها وعشقهن وفرحهن، وثورتهن، وربما خيباتهن "لا تعتقد إذا افترقنا أنني لن أكون بجانبك / أو أنني سأبتعد / أنا فقط أعيد ترتيب ذكرياتي / تنسيق مشاعري / أنا فقط أرسم تصرفاتي من جديد / (...)".
هكذا تبني الشاعرة الأحدب يوتيوبياها الشعرية عبر إزاحات فضفاضة جميلة ومعبرة تعمل على حشد ذائقية المتلقي بشعر يمتلك جمالية خاصة.
