قسم الكاتب عمله إلى قسمين: (القسم الأول): رئيف خوري الأديب الثائر ويضم محطات متنوعة من حياة حافلة فيها لقاءه في "المكشوف" مع عمر فاخوري، وإسهاماته في التراب العربي ومكافحته للمد الفاشي والصهيونية العالمية، وتأريخه للثورات واشتغاله بالسياسة إلى آخر ذلك من موضوعات. أما (القسم الثاني): مختارات من أدب رئيف خوري ويضم: دارة جلجل/ قصيدة، هل أفلس الأدب؟/ مقالة. أفي النازية إخوة ألقاها رئيف خوري في احتفال بيروت ودمشق بذكرى الثورة الاشتراكية عام 1944. "أبو شبكة في لبنانيته وفيها ذكرياته مع الأديب الياس أبو شبكة وغيره من شعراء عصره(...) "جبران ومفهوم الوطنية"/ مقال. "مارون عبود" طليعة الأدب اللبناني"/ مقال... الخ.
