Book Description
يتوجه هذا المعجم عربي –فرنسي إلى القارئ ثنائي اللغة، على كل مستوياته العلمية، وبالأخص إلى الطالب الذي يمتاز بالفضول العلمي وحب الاستطلاع والبحث عن العلاقات الدولية التي تربط اللغة العربية باللغة الفرنسية.
تنتظم مفردات المدخل في هذا المعجم على أساس ترتيبها الألفبائي، أي أن القارئ لا يبحث عن الجذر، بل يذهب مباشرة إلى موقع الكلمة في ترتيب مداخل المعجم، انطلاقاً من الأحرف التي تكتب بها هي نفسها.
يقدم المدخل العربي مطبوعاً بحرف ملون كي يسهل البحث عنه. ويأتي في موازاته مقابله أو مقابلاته بالفرنسية. فعندما يكون المدخل كلمة متعددة المعاني أو تنتمي إلى فئتين نحويتين أو أكثر، فإن كل حالة منها تعالج بمفردها وتكون مدخلاً مستقلاً ومرقماً.
ومن ناحية أخرى، يهدف هذا المعجم، مثل كل معجم ثنائي اللغة، إلى مد الجسور بين ما يعرفه القارئ (وهو هنا كلمات اللغة العربية) وما لا يعرفه تمام المعرفة (وهو هنا ما يقابل هذه الكلمات في اللغة الفرنسية). ولمزيد من التوضيح، يقدم هذا المعجم أحياناً عدة مقابلات فرنسية مترادفة للكلمة العربية الواحدة.
كذلك، يزدان هذا الكتاب بالعديد من اللوحات والصور الملونة، والمصنفة تصنيفاً علمياً، وهي تقدم بالإضافة إلى المعارف اللغوية والثنائية الموجودة في المقابلات باللغتين ميداناً آخر هو المعرفة الموسوعية البصرية.
