طرحت الأحداث ما بين عهدين من الرئاسة اللبنانية "1976-1988" مصير لبنان من أين، وإلى أين سينتهي، وكيف سيتأمن لجميع اللبنانيين المدخل الذي سيعبرون منه بلبنان المصير المجهول إلى لبنان الاستقرار والأمن.
وعليه نتساءل: لبنان الكبير إلى أين المصير؟ هل يسير نحو التقسيم؟ أم نحو شكل الدولة الاتحادية-المركبة-كترتيب سياسي نهائي للبنان؟ ومن يكسب الرهان على المصير اللبناني؟ وهل شكل الدولة الفيدرالي هو تحجيم للبنان أم منقذ له من التقسيم؟
عديدة هي احتمالات الإجابة التي يكثر فيها الكلام على مشاريع فيدرالية وضعت وتبحث، ومقترحات تدرس في المجال ذاته وتتناول مستقبل لبنان السياسي "شكل الدولة فيه وتركيبه الديموغرافي وطبيعة نظمه الاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، ونظامه المالي والعسكري".
وفي محاولتي إلقاء الضوء على بعض المشاريع الفيدرالية المطروحة سأقوم بتوضيح النقاط التالية بالتفصيل الموجز:
أولاً: أثر سياسة موقع الشرق الأوسط-وفيه لبنان-في أزمة المنطقة-وفيها المسألة اللبنانية-والتي هي إحدى انعكاسات موقعه المميز في الخريطة العالمية "الجيو-سياسية".
ثانياً: التعريف بمفهوم المجتمع والدولة. في محاولة لفهم موقعنا من "تعبير المجتمع السياسي".
ثالثاً: أشكال الدولة، نقرأه كمدخل مساعد يرشدنا إلى الإجابة على التساؤل المطروح حول إمكانية تطبيق التجربة الفيدرالية في لبنان.
ثم سأنتقل بالحديث عن الخطوات التي مهدت للمطالبة بالحل الفيدرالي في لبنان. ,أخيراً، محاولة الإجابة على إمكانية تطبيق التجربة الفيدرالية في لبنان.
