الكتاب الثاني من السلسلة الحديثة لتعليم الأطفال المنغوليين. يرتكز هذا الكتاب على منهاج حديث، تمّ تطويره استناداً لأبحاث أجريت على الأطفال المنغوليين، بغرض الكشف عن أنجع السبل الممكن اتباعها لتدريبهم على القراءة.
يشرح الفصل الأول من هذا الكتاب الإصابة المنغولية، والمشكلات الجسمية والعقلية، التي تنتج عن هذه الإصابة، والتي تؤثّر سلبياً على قابلية الطفل المنغولي لتعلم القراءة. ولقد بيّنت الأبحاث التي أجريت على الأطفال العاديين والمعوقين، بأنّه من الأفضل في البدء تعليم الطفل قراءة الكلمات عن طريق النظر، دون التطرّق للحروف الأبجدية التي تتألف منها الكلمات، لذا يشرح الفصل الثاني الطريقة الحديثة التي طورت لتعليم الطفل المنغولي قراءة الكلمات، والتي تتألف من ثلاث خطوات هي، خطوة المطابقة، ثم خطوة الاختيار، فخطوة التسمية. يتعلّم الأطفال، وخاصّة المعوقون بسرعة وسهولة عن طريق اللعب. لذا يتضمّن الفصل الثالث عدداً كبيراً من الألعاب، التي يمكن أن تصنعها أم الطفل بنفسها، وأن تلعبها مع الطفل وبقية أفراد العائلة، لترسيخ ما تعلّمه الطفل، وتدريبه على قراءة كلمات إضافية جديدة. بعد أن يتعلّم الطفل في الفصلين الأول والثاني قراءة عدد لا بأس به من الكلمات، ويكتسب ثقة بنفسه وبمقدرته على القراءة، يشرح الفصل الرابع السبل الحديثة التي يمكن اتباعها لتعليم الطفل المنغولي الحروف الأبجدية، مع الاستعانة ببعض الألعاب التي يمكن أن يلعبها الطفل مع أمّه بغية تقوية مقدرته على قراءة الحروف بطريقة بعيدة عن الملل، أما الفصل الخامس والأخير فيبحث في تعليم قراءة أشباه الجمل، والجمل القصيرة، ثم الكاملة ثم كتب الأطفال.
