وقد بين في هذا الكتاب نماذج هذه الوثائق، وكيفية تنظيمها، وفقههاً المقارن، والنصوص القانونية، وتطبيقات قضائية بخصوصها، وقد اعتمد في تحرير هذا الكتاب على كتبه الستة الفقهية والقضائية، وصيغ الوثائق المعمول بها في المحاكم الشرعية، وخبرته القضائية خلال ممارسته عمله القضائي قاضياً في المحاكم الشرعية العديدة، ومحكمة الإستئناف الشرعية، وعلى ما تضمنته محاضرته في مادة الصكوك والتوثيقات خلال فترة تدريسه لطلبة الماجستير في الجامعة.
