ويطالعنا هذا الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا وكذلك الصفحة الأولى بالعنوان "الجرائم الواقعة على الأموال، الذي يتسع لجميع الأفعال التي تلحق الضرر بالحقوق المالية للغير، وتلك التي تهدد هذه الحقوق بخطر الإعتداء.
كما خص المشرع الأردني جرائم الأموال بالباب الحادي عشر من القسم الخاص بعنوان "الجرائم الواقعة على الأموال"، حيث خصص الفصل الأول في السرقة، والجرائم الملحقة بها، والفصل الثاني في الإحتيال وسائر ضروب الغش، والفصل الثالث في إساءة الإئتمان والإختلاس، والفصل الرابع في الغش في المعاملات. لذا نجد في هذا الكتاب دراسة للفصول الثلاثة الأولى ثم تناولها تباعا في ثلاثة أبواب.
خصص الفصل الباب الأول: في السرقة "أخذ مال الغير دون رضاه".
تناول الباب الثاني: الإحتيال وسائر ضروب الغش.
وتوقف الباب الثالث: عند إساءة الإئتمان والإختلاس.
