وفي هذا الكتاب نتناول قانون العقوبات الجزائري ونقسم دراستنا لهذه المقدمة إلى خمسة مباحث. ندرس في المبحث الأول التعريف بقانون العقوبات وفي الثاني اهمية ثانون العقوبات وندرس في الثالث مكان قانون العقوبات في النظام القانوني، ثم نتناول في المبحث الرابع دراسة محتوى قانون المعقوبات وننتهي في المبحث الخامس إلى دراسة العلوم التابعة لقانون العقوبات.
