يمثل "حزب الله" تجربة رائدة ضد العدو، كما أنه يمثل في الوقت ذاته نقطة تحول كبيرة سقطت فيها أسطورة إسرائيل التي لا تغلب، والأمن الإسرائيلي الذي لا يخرق. لقد استطاع حزب الله أن يعيد رسم آيات القرآن المتعلقة بالرعب والجبن اليهودي رسماً واقعياً يراه العالم على قنواته الفضائية في الخطى المرعوبة التي تغادر الجنوب عائدة إلى شمال إسرائيلي وهي ترتجف من الخوف. ثم إن تحويل الهزيمة إلى نصر أمراً ليس معهوداً، لذلك لم يعد الأمر نموذجاً، في واقع يتبلور، أو من المفترض أن يتبلور نحو تخندق شامل للمعركة الفاصلة.
وقد تمّ اختيار الكلام عن حزب الله في هذا الكتاب احتفالاً بتحرير الجنوب، كإرهاص لتحرير الأرض... سواء الجولان وأرض فلسطين المحتلة عام 1967م حسبما يراه المتمسكون بالشرعية الدولية، أو تحرير كل الأرض حتى تلك التي احتلت عام 1948 حسب ما ستؤول إليه المعركة بوجود عدو استيطاني لا تؤمن بوائقه، ولا تحسن جيرته، ولا يستقر ولا يرتاح متاخمه.
