وفي الحقيقة كما أن التولي هو ضامن للوحدة الحضارية والرُّقي الواعد، فإن التبرّي هو حصانة للأمة ودليلٌ للالتزام، فالمعادلة بين التولّي والتبرّي هو معادلة بين الوجود والعدم، ومن جهة أخرى فإن التبرّي مقدّم علی التولّي لأن اجتماعهما في موضع واحد في آن واحد وبشروط التناقض مستحيل، فالرفع لابد وأن يسبق الوضع لأن فلسفة الوضع تأتي لأجل إقلاع ما هو غير مرضي، فلا يمكن أن تضع المعروف دون القضاء علی المنكر، وهذا لا يختص بطيف معيّن من مقومات الحياة بل فلسفة عامة تشمل كل المواقع والموارد، سواء في الأمور المادية أو الفكرية وما قولنا: "لا إله إلا الله" إلا إشارة إلی هذه الفلسفة أو تحقيقها في مجال الفكر والعقيدة، فلا يمكن قبول توحيد الله إلا إذا أبعدنا الفكر من معبود آخر حتی نتمكن من غرس عبودية الله جل جلاله، وهو تعبير عن قوله تعالی: "ما جعل الله لرجُلٍ من قلبين في جوفه" [الأحزاب: 4] إذ هو كناية من أن القلب الواحد لا يتسع لأمرين متناقضين، فيحب الجبت والطاغوت ويحب الله الخالق، بل إنه لابد وأن يرفض حب الآخر ليغرس حبّ الله، لأن كل واحد منهما يقابل الثاني ولا يجتمعان في مكان واحد...
