وبغية التيسير على الطلبة والباحثين وتمكينهم من فهم واستيعاب مادة المصطلحات القانونية بسهولة ويسر فقد تكت كتابة المصطلحات الرئيسية قبل بداية كل فقرة. هذه المصطلحات تغطي تقريباً جميع فروع القانون مثل قامون المقارن، القانون المدني، القانون التجاري، القانون الجنائي، القانون الدولي العام، القانون الإداري، قانون العمل، وغيرها. كذلك، فقد تمت ترجمة جميع هذه المصطلحات والفقرات إلى اللغة العربية.
