من مواليد ليبيا براك الشاطي 1953م تحصَّل على البكلوريوس في الخدمة الاجتماعية بتقدير ممتاز مع درجة الشرف الأول على الخريجين بقسم الخدمة الاجتماعية 1977م.
قُبِلً معيداً بالقسم 1978م.
تحصًّل على الماجستير في التنمية البشرية من جامعة جورج واشنطن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية 1981م، ثمَّ تحصٍّلَ على الدكتوراه في الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة طرابلس 1992م.
يشغل الآن درجة أستاذ بجامعة طرابلس كلية الاداب.
وقد شغل منصب أمين التعليم والبحث العلمي ب طرابس، ثم شغل منصب وزيرا للتعليم العالي بليبيا، ومن بعده شغل منصب وزير التنمية البشرية

قراءة جديدة لحياة النبي موسى عليه السلام، وبحثٌ تناول تفاصيل القضايا والمواقف الكثيرة التي تعرض لها هذا النبي.
لقد ذُكر اسم هذا النبي الكريم مرات عديدة، تفوق ذكر غيره من الأنبياء، وذلك لحياته المثيرة، ودعوته لطاغية متمرد صال وجال، وأنكر الربوبية والألوهية، واستخف قومه.
و كان هذا الكتاب بياناً لحياة النبي موسى منذ طفولته حتى وفاته، مروراً بالمعجزات والتأييدات الإلهية التي وردت في الكتاب العزيز، والسنة المطهرة.
