من الثورة إلى العدمية؟ قد بيدو هذا الأمر مستهجناً قليلاً أو – على الأقل – مستغرباً؛ فمن المعروف أن الموقف الثوري موقف إيجابي يرتكز على رؤية فلسفية وإيديولوجية تعتقد بجدوى العمل من أجل التغيير الذي يكتنزه التاريخ بوصفه صراعاً جدلياً يفضي حتماً إلى إنبلاح عهد الإنسانية المتحررة نهائياً من الاستلاب. أما العدمية – عللا النقيض من ذلك – فهي ظلت تعتبر موقفاً إيديولوجياً بورجوازياً تأملياً أذنت شمسه بالأفول التاريخي لطبقته. ولكن تحول درويش إلى هذه الحساسية العدمية في شعره الأخير لم يكن – برأينا – تحولاً فردياً إنما كان، أيضاً، موقفاً معبراً عن تحولات المرحلة والوعي بعد انهيار المنظومات الإيديولوجية الشمولية التي ادعت، طويلاً، إمكان إنقاذ الإنسان من المصادفة الكونية العمياء، وتدشين عهد الخلاص التاريخي من الإغتراب.
