شهد الشعر العربي، خلال السنوات الخمس والعشرين الماضية، تحولات كبيرة وعلى أكثر من مستوى، وبرزت ظواهر جديدة ليس بالضرورة أن تكون كلها ذات حضور يدفع بالقصيدة إلى مزيد من التطور، كما أن الأحداث الكبرى التي عشناها تركت أثرها الواضح على مسيرة القصيدة وموقع الحلم في حياتنا، كما شهدت الحركة الشعرية العربية شيوعاً غير عادي لقصيدة النثر، وانشغل كثير من المثقفين بالظاهرة أكثر من انشغالهم بالقصيدة نفسها، وذهبت آراء في تطرفها إلى أقصاه حين حرمت على قصيدة التفعيلة الدخول إلى مملكة الحداثة، كما حرّم أفلاطون دخول الشعراء لمدينته الفاضلة، ولم تسلم قصيدة النثر من هجمات مضادة أخرجتها من مملكة الشعر في أحيان كثيرة، لكن توالي هزائم الحلم دفع بالقصيدة-أياً كان شكلها-إلى ظل لا يخلو من الضوء تماماً.
وبعيداً عن أي أحكام قاطعة يمكن أن تدعي الحقيقة دون أن تمتلكها، تجاوزت في هذا الكتاب حساسيات إبداعية مختلفة ورؤى متنوعة قد لا تلتقي بالضرورة، لكن هدفنا الأول أن تتحاور الحساسيات والأشكال والرؤى على أرضية الاعتراف بالحضور والتحقق المؤهلة لاحتضان سؤال الثقافة وسؤال الإبداع وطموحها، لا على أرضية النفي التي لا تعمل إلا على مضاعفة رقعة التصحر في أرواحنا. إبراهيم نصر الله
