إن فكرة سرقة المخزون النفطي لشعب آخر ابتكاراً إسرائيلياً, بل ربما تعود إلى عام 1941, عندما فرض روزفلت حظراً كاملاً على تزويد اليابان بالنفط خلال الحرب الأمريكية الأولى على الإرهاب. ويأتي هذا الكتيب ليفضح عملية شيخينا التي خططت لها إسرائيل لتسيطر على نفط العراق وسعت لتحقيقها, لولا الهجمات على مركز التجارة العالمي في أيلول 2001, وذلك بعد أن عقدت إسرائيل العزم على شن اعتداء مباغت على جنوب العراق, لإحكام السيطرة على حقوله النفطية الجنوبية, ومن ثم استخدام خط أنابيب نقل النفط العربي الموجود سابقاً التابلاين لضخ النفط الى مصافيها في حيفا.
كما يوضح الكاتب الأمريكي بأنه من أجل تنفيذ هذا المخطط سعت إسرائيل الى التسلل الى جنوب العراق وشمال السعودية وكيف منحت بعض المسلمين الشيعة دون أن يدروا بأن إسرائيل وراء هذا التخطيط ممراً مجانياً الى بلدان أخرى بعيداً عن عدوهم صدام حسين. ويبرز الأمريكي فيالز كيف تم التخطيط لما سمي بعملية حرية العراق وهي الجزء الثاني من عملية شيخينا وكيف سيتم قطع رأس صدام حسين و تعيين جي غارنر الذي هو عضو في المعهد اليهودي لشؤون الأمن القومي, ليكون حاكماً عسكرياً للعراق, ثم سيأتي دور أحمد الشلبي كإداري مؤقت للعراق, على أن يتم فيما بعد إبدال الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد بالأخ الأصغر لأحمد الشلبي وإذا رفضت سورية هذا, فإنه سيجري تدميرها وإعادتها الى العصر الحجري. ولكن لم تسر الأمور كما خطط لها. تفاصيل دقيقة ومثيرة وسرية يكشفها الكاتب الأمريكي جوفيالز في ثنايا هذا الكتيب المدعم بالصور والخرائط اللازمة.
