هذه كلها تبتكر نوعاً من الثقافة الدينية المهيمنة عبر المقدس فيها، متمثلاً بوجود المعبد والآلهة، لحظتها يتحول تدريجياً إلى تمركز / سلطة، ووسيلة ثقافية ودينية قادرة على قمع الجماعات وإخضاعها، بعدما كانت هي المسؤولة عن رسم الحدود الخاصة بالمقدس وجعلته حاضراً في محيطه الإجتماعي.
