تتمثل رسالة العدالة الإنسانية في بناء المجتمع الإنساني على أساس الديمقراطية الحقة، حيث تسود الطمأنينة الاجتماعية والعدالة والرفاهية المجتمع، وتؤمن فيه حقوق الإنسان. ولقد وضع المعلم "كمال جنبلاط" نصب عينيه مسألة تحرر الإنسان وتحقيق العدالة وهو يعمل بدأب على وضع ميثاق الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكى موضحاً هدف الحزب ووجهة نظره في الحياة على إطلاقها، سياسة واجتماعية وروحية. ولقد عمل الحزب منذ تأسيسه على حل المشاكل التي تعترض عملية المحافظة على العناصر البشري وتنقيته ولتخلص من الظروف الضارة التي أوجدتها المدنية الحديثة.
إن هذا الكتاب يجمع بين دفتيه مآثر المعلم "كمال جنبلاط" وأفكاره وآراءه التي عبر بها عن رؤيته للوطن والإنسان الذي يسمو على جميع الاعتبارات التي تنتقص من حقيقته وجوهره. ورغم ظهور هذه الآراء والأفكار منذ زمن بعيد، إلا أن القارئ سيشعر أنها متجددة وتكاد تلخص الكثير من مشاكل الحاضر.
