يندرج هذا الكتاب ضمن سلسلة أطلقت عليها اسم سلسلة "تأسيس البنيان". وقد سبقه إلى الظهور كتابان الأول بعنوان "قصة يوسف عليه السلام: قراءة تأويلية" تناولت فيه قضية بناء الذات في المنظور الإسلامي من خلال تدبر سيرة نبي الله يوسف عليه السلام التي جاءت مكتملة في سورة معجزة مذهلة كشفت كيفية تدرج الإنسان المؤمن في أطوار ومراحل التمكين وذلك عبر تجارب حقيقية تحيي منه النفس والعقل والروح فيستوي بعدها إنساناً ناضجاً مكتمل البنيان مؤهلاً للمعالي في وجوهها الدنيوية وجنانها الآخروية. أما الكتاب الثاني فهو بعنوان "درب إبراهيم عليه السلام" وفيه ركزت على الإدابة عن سؤال: كيف يخرج الإنسان من الظلمات إلى النور بإذن ربه، الأمر الذي وضعني مباشرة أمام الحقائق الأساسية والمصطلحات المركزية المكونة لجوهر الدين ولبه. فكان الكتاب استعادة وتمثلاً جديداً لمفاهيم الإسلام والإيمان والإحسان وكيف يؤسس المؤمن بنيانه وبنيان أمته من خلال ممارسة معطيات هذه المفاهيم والتفاعل مع حقائقها وأوامرها تفاعلاً يؤدي إلى انعتاقه من أسر الكفر والشرك والنفاق في كل تجلياتها المعرفية ومقولاتها الاجتماعية والسياسية المنحطة.
وبعد الانتهاء من الكتابين السابقين تبين لي أن مشروع تأسيس البنيان إذا كان يمكن اختصار معناه في جملة واحدة وهي أنه مشروع خروج الظلمات إلى النور، فإنه إذ يحتاج في تجلية حقائقه إلى معرفة معنى النور وحقائقه ومصادره، فإنه محتاج بنفس القدر إلى معرفة الظلمات وإلى العمل على تفحصها في مصادرها وحقائقها وآثارها. وهنا وجدت نفسي مباشرة أمام كلمة مرعبة بكل المعاني التي يمكن أن يحملها الرعب في أطوائه: النفاق.
وباكتمال هذا التأليف أتوقع أن أكون قد أحطت بالقضايا اللازم تدبرها لتحقيق إجابة مقنعة بإذن الله تعالى عن سؤال: كيف يخرج الإنسان مت الظلمات إلى النور؟ والذي يمكن أن يطرح أيضاً على الشكل التالية: كيف يؤسس البنيان على تقوى من الله ورضوان؟ ومن اللازم أن أنوه هنا بأني التزمت بالبحث عن إجابة لهذا السؤال من خلال المنظور القرآني بوجهيه التنظيري في محكم آياته البينات، والتطبيقي في ما تجلى وما جلاه القرآن الكريم من سير الأنبياء الهداة المعلمين. فكان منهج البحث في جوهره تدبراً واعتباراً وقراءة وتأملاً واستذكاراً.
