في التصدير الخاص بالشاعر الفاتح كامل لمجموعته الشعرية "جدارية عاشق أندلسي" يضم للقارىء "كلمات لا بد منها" يقول فيها: "الجدارية هي حديثي أما الله ثم الناس يوم يقوم الأشهاد هي دفاعي عن نفسي وعمن ظلموا أنفسهم أو ظلموا، ثم لم يستطيعوا الدفاع عن ذواتهم، هي صوتي المسموع حين آثر الجميع الصمت". ومن هذا المنتدى يمكن تحديد خصوصية ونوعية المرسل إليه في هذا العمل الذي يتولد من عنوانه وأدواته الفنية، وهي التصويرية، والمفارقة، والرمزية. فالرمزية لا تغيب عن شعر الفاتح كامل، وهي تتشكل في أحيان كثيرة – من خلال الصورة الفنية، أو المفارقة اللغوية، وأحياناً من خلال اللفظة الواحدة المختارة بدقة، لتقديم فكرة غير مدركة بالحواس وإنما تجيء في هيئة صور، أو أشكال محسوسة بالمفردات.
في القصيدة المعنونة "ثنائية الموت .. غرناطة ... الشعر مملكتي" يقول الشاعر:
"أسكبيني أباريق العمق / الغرناطية، المهشمة / لهباً ينهض بين القمة والقرار / يمتد بين المدّ والمدّ / انقليني لعوالم الدهشة / الأبدية / المصطرعة بداخلك / عبر أشرعة الآمية الذاهبة / فالشعر مملكتي تناديني".
يضم الكتاب عدداً من القصائد النثرية، نذكر من عناوينها: "لم يبقَ إلا الشعر" ، "بعضُ حلم" ، "وللورد رائحة أخرى" ، "قبل أن أرحل" ، "إحتضار" ، "الخيول" (...) وقصائد أخرى.
