هذا هو كتاب "برء ساعة " لطبيب المسلمين بدون منازع ، بل حجة الطب في العالم منذ القرن الثالث الهجري/ التاسع الميلادي وحتى العصور الحديثة، ألا وهو أبو بكر محمد بن زكريا الرازي (250- 313هـ / 864- 925م).
وقد اجتهد في تقديم أقرب وأدق نص وضعه الرازي وذلك عن طريق القراءة المستوعبة والمفهومة لنص المخطوطة ثم مقابلة النسختين المخطوطتين المتعدتين في التحقيق، وذلك بغرض تلافي أخطاء النساخ خاصة وأن النسختين لم تنسخ واحدة منها الخرى، وبالتالي فإن الخطأ الواحد يتكرر في النسختين إلا في القليل النادر. وكل ذلك من أجل الوقوف على أقرب نص صحيح للكتاب. الامضاء خالد احمد حربي
