لقد حاولنا التعرض للظاهر الجديدة فى الحركة العمالية. حاولنا أيضا فهم أسباب بروز تلك الظواهر، والملامح الجديدة فى الحكرة العمالية، سواء فى مطالبها أو آليات احتجاجاتها أو علاقتها بالتنظيم النقابى أو علاقتها مع بعضها البعض.
ومن خلال محاولتنا رصد تلك الملامح الجديدة، وفهم اسبابها حاولنا النظر لمستقبل الحكرة العمالية، ومدى قدرتها على التطور واتخاذ مكانها الذي تستحقه على الخريطة الاجتماعية والسياسية.
