بهذا الكتاب سوف أسرد عن ما عانيته انا بحياتي البائسة و لست أنا فقط بالطبع بل تحدثت بهذا الكتاب عن معاناة الآخرين أيضًا هيا معي لأريكم من أين أتت لي هذه الفكرة التي سوف تنال إعجاب البعض ، كنت جالسة بركني المفضل فظلت أفكاري تتعمق برأسي عن كل ما مريت به بهذه الحياة و تحدثت بصوت مسموع قليلًا هل يوجد أحد مر بتجربة سيئة مثلي او قام أحد بالخذلان فسبب له الكثير من الآلام بقلبه ثم عادت أفكاري تهاجمني و تذكرت أصدقائي عندما كانوا يحزنون فيتحدثون معي عن سبب إحزانهم فرأيت أنني لست الوحيدة التي حزنت و أنني إذ تحدثت عن ما بداخلي و بداخل أحد الأشخاص هذا سوف يشعرهم أن هذه حياة طبيعية فبالطبع يوجد بها العديد من الأشخاص السيئون الذين يسببون لنا متاعب بداخلنا و أيضًا حزن و هذا يشعرهم أن يوجد الكثير من الأشخاص التي توجد أشياء تُحزنهم أتمنى أن تنال إعجابك هذه الفكرة البسيطة يا عزيزي القارئ .
