قد تكون شرفة نصف مغلقة.. أو نصف مفتوحة ولكنها تشى بالكثير مما يدور بداخل جدرانها.. هذه هى المجموعة القصصية التى كتبها "عمر القيصر" وفتح لنا بها شراعاً نطل منه على الكثير والكثير من التجارب الحياتية المتباينة الألوان، التى كان كثيراً بطلها الرئيس هو الحوار النفسى الداخلى الذى يدور فى متاهاهت النفس.. يربح ويهتز لخلجاتها وأناتها، والمؤلف فى هذا يتنقل بين النفسو البشرية المختلفة على السواء .. فهو فى نفس الطفلة التى تشعر بما يدور حولها وتدركه بقلبها وتعبر عنه بهمهات الطفولة وهذا الذى يصحو من أعمقا الصبا ليهبط إضطرارياً فى عالم الرجال حيث يقهرون، ليذوق القسوة والوحدة ويرى الحياة تمضى بالجميع إلى حيث لا يوجد أمل. ولأن الدنيا لايخلو من لقاء ومزاق نجد الحبيبة التى أحرق قلبها فراق الحبيب والزوجة التى اختارت فراق الحبيب.. وأخيراً من شرفة نصف مغلقة هناك من يتابع قصة غرامية تكون نهايتها مفاجئة للجميع إنها قصص لم تقتصر على زاوية واحدة من الحياة.. زاوية الرجل بأنواعه أو المرأة بل جميعتها معاً وشعرت بالجميع.. لم يكن هناك بطلاً على حسبا آخر أو بطلاً وسنيداً، وإنما كان الجميع بحزنهم وفرحهم وبراءتهم وشكهم ووحدتهم وقسوتهم محطات وج الوقوف عندها.
