عرفة مغلقة.. وشخصيات تطلق حريتها وسط الظلمة، وخلف الجدران، لا يربكها الوعي بهذه الحرية، فهي تكتشف عمقها الإنساني الغائر عبر ذلك، ولكن يربكها أنها تدرك هذا الوعي وسط ظروف معقدة وغير مواتية، ومن هنا ينهكها أن تعود إلى فطرتها، وينهكها أن تكتشف أن الأخطاء الواعية وغير الواعية تذلل حريتها، وتطلق ما يختزن ف يداخلها من عواطف وأفكار، وبسبب ذلك قد ترضخ لما تعده هذه الأخطاء من نهايات مريرة، وقد تستعيد من خلالها-أيضاً-معاني جديدة للحرية، وربما للحب، ما كانت لتدركها لولا طقس العذاب الذي مرت به، وفداحة الأخطاء التي عصفت بها.
إن شخصيات "الغرفة المغلقة" ضحايا تتسم بنبل خاص، وتختزن حباً خاصاً وشعوراً خاصاً بالحرية، ومن أجل ذلك فإنها لا تطيق ما يتساقط أمام أرواحها من ضحايا.. إنها شخصيات تسارع إلى انتشال لحظة السقوط ولو على حساب حياتها، ولذا تسرب حبكات "الغرفة المغلقة" رمزية ممتزجة بالواقع، ورومنسية منفلتة إلى الواقع، وعجائبية أدنى إلى الحياة اليومية، وتجيب هذه التقنية على سؤال جوهري: هل تبدأ الحرية من تصور واع للنبل، أم من تصور واع للخطأ؟
