كتاب في أصول الفقه يشرح كتاب الورقات في اصول الفقه لـ"محمد بن علوي المالكي"، أملاه على تلامذته اثناء تدريسه للكتاب بـ"مكة المكرمة في الحرم الشريف".
وناظم "الورقات" هو (شرف الدين) "يحيى بن بدر الدين موسى بن رمضان بن عميرة"، الشهير بــ"العمريطي" نسبة لبلاد عَمْريط، بفتح العين كما هو مشهور، وهي ناحية من نواحي مصر القاهرة بالشرقية من أعمال بلبيس، بالقرب من سنيكة بلد شيخ الإسلام "زكريا الأنصاري" رحمه الله تعالى ونفعنا به.
وكان "الناظم" رحمه الله تعالى آية في النظم، كَمْ أَلَّفَ فيه وأحكم، فمن نظمه في الفقه: "التيسير نظم التحرير" لشيخ الإسلام "زكريا الأنصاري"، و"نهاية التدريب نظم غاية التقريب" لـ"أبي شجاع الأصفهاني"، وفي أصول الفقه هذا المتن، وفي النحو "نظم الآجرومية"... إلى غير ذلك، ونظمه عَذْبٌ عليه طلاوة، جَزْلٌ فيه حلاوة، سهل المبنى ظاهر المعنى.
