الحمد لله الذي قد أظهرعلم الأصول للورى وأشهر، على لسان الشافعي ومن ولى فهو الذي له ابتداءً دونا، وتابعته الناس حتى صار كتبا صغار الحجم أو كبار، وخير كتبه الصغار ما سمي بالورقات لإمام الحرم.
(الورقات) فهو متن صغير الحجم في علم "أصول الفقه"، لكنه عظيم الفائدة للمبتدئين، لاشتماله على "أصول الأصول"، وكذلك لسهولة عبارته - رغم تقدم صاحبه -، فهو يمثل رؤية إجمالية واضحة لعلم أصول الفقه.
لكن ماذا عن الكتاب (شرح الورقات)؟
هذا شرح مختصر، يعتبر بياناً لأصول علم الأصول على طريقة توضيحية، تجمع بين علم اللغة وبين علم الكلام والمنطق، سطره الإمام جلال الدين المحلي، على كتاب "الورقات" لإمام الحرمين أبي المعالي الجويني الشافعي، فرحم الله تعالى المصنف والشارح والمحقق.
وقد عزوت الآيات القرآنية الكريمة؛ إلى مواضعها من كتاب الله عز وجل- وقمت بتحقيق الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة على حسب تيسير الله تبارك وتعالى. وكذلك قمت بالضبط النصي الخطي للكتاب، وذلك عبر المقابلة الدقيقة بين المخطوطات والمطبوعات وقمت بالضبط اللفظي. وأخيراً علقت بعض التعليقات اللغوية والفقهية والأصولية على؛ كثير من الأحاديث الشريفة، وبعض فقرات الكتاب.
