وهذا ما سعى المؤلف للإجابة عنه في هذه الدراسة، وذلك بتسليط الضوء على أهم مواضيع العلاقات الدولية ألا وهو "التدخل الدولي الإنساني" وما يكتنفه من غموض ومصداقية.
