كان أسلوب دراسة وعرض موضوعات هذا البحث هو دراسة مقارنة ما بين النظرية والتطبيق ومحاولة لتوضيح مجالات حقوق الإنسان ما بين دور الحكومة ودور أفراد الشعب من خلال المصادر الرئيسية الدينية (السماوية والوضعية) والوطنية والدولية (العالمية والإقليمية) هذا فضلًا عن تميز البحث بالجمع ما بين الجانب النظري التأصيلي من جهة- والعملي التطبيقي من جهة أخرى وفي هذا السياق كانت خطة دراسة البحث في الجمع ما بين تناول مختلف مفردات النظرية العامة لحقوق الإنسان ودور الحكومات والأفراد وكذلك إلقاء الضوء على بعض التطبيقات الخاصة بحماية هذه الحقوق على المستوى الداخلي والدولي نظرًا لما شهده العالم من أحداث جسام في الفترة من عام 2004 وحتى 2008 ومن حدوث ممارسات غير مقبولة ومرفوضة.
وكل ذلك سيكون من خلال الخطة الآتية: [الباب التمهيدي: ممارسات حقوق الإنسان بين حكومات الدول والشعوب، الباب الأول: حقوق الإنسان ما بين الدولية والمحلية، الباب الثاني: تطبيقات عملية في حقوق الإنسان].
