ثقيسيا كمصطلح؟ ليس... فتحاً جديداً من فتوحات هذا الزمان في الأدب، ولا جرياً وراء غرائبية في القول للحصول على مقعد أمامي في خارطة جلوس مثقفي عراق ما بعد الإحتلال، أو عرب ما بعد الربيع العبري، إنما هو إيمان بحقيقة أن مجتمعنا العربي يخوض صراعاً وجودياً مع السلطتين السياسية والدينية، وما زال موقف المثقف العربي في الغالب هامشياً، وإن سعت التيارات الثقافية للفعل فلا جدوى على الأرض، ولم تفرض الثقافة موقفها كما حدث ذلك قبل نهضة أوروبا لإصرار السلطتين الدينية والسياسية على موقف الوصاية على المثقف والسعي لإتباعه بشتى السبل والوسائل لها كذلك هو سعي رجل الدين.
ومن سمات مجتمعنا العربي أنه يواجه قوى شمولية "تسعى إلى التجهيل وإستحمار الشعوب" كي تسود سواء كانت تلك القوى سياسية أو دينية.
وتثقيسياً ليس إلا رجع لأصداء الشارع العربي دون رتوش من خلال توضيح لعلاقة الثقافة بالسياسة في الوطن العربي الذي شكل بؤرة للصراع العالمي ليس لأن الغرب يريد ذلك وحسب، بل لما يسهم به مستحمرو شعوبهم من تعجيل لتحقيق ما يدخل الأمة في أتون الصراع الفكري البيني سياسياً أو دينياً، لا لوجود خلل في الدين أو شرخاً في منظومته المفاهيمية، بل لسوء فهم المتدين للدين والسياسي لدوره والمثقف بين الفريقين أما يقف عاجزاً أو أنه يحاول وسعيه يذهب إدراج الرياح بفعل فارق القوة الإقتصادية والقوة الغاشمة التي تتمتع بها السلطتان معاً.
