Book Description
شهد تاريخ علوم الحضارة الإسلامية العديد من الأسر العلمية التى يرتبط أفرادها -قبل الاشتغال بالعلم- علاقات دم أو قرابة. وربما كانت هذه العلاقات أحد الأسباب الرئيسة التى ساعدت على نبوغ تلك الأسر فى المجال العلمى، ففى كثير من الأحيان يجد الفرد داخل إطار أسرته المناخ المناسب للعمل العلمى، والعكس صحيح.
وتعد مثل هذه الأسر العلمية ظاهرة فريدة تكاد تنفرد بها الحضارة العربية الإسلامية بين سائر الحضارات. ومن أمثلة هذا النوع من الأسر: أسرة بختيشوع التى نبغ أفرادها فى علم الطب إلى درجة أنهم خدموا به الخلفاء إبتداءً من الجد الأكبر بختيشوع، ومروراً ببعض الأولاد والأحفاد (جورجيس، بختيشوع، جبرائيل). هذا فضلاً عن إسهامهم فى حركة النقل والترجمة، وهذا يذكرنا أيضاً بأسرة حنين بن اسحق التى ضمت ابنه اسحق، وابن أخته حبيش بن الأعسم، واشتهرت فى مجال الترجمة واتسعت هذه الأسرة لتضم مدرسة علمية متكاملة جاء مجال اهتمامها موجهاً إلى موضوعات أساسية فى التوجه العلمى.
وعليه، فإننى أفترض أن تاريخ العلم العربى الإسلامى، قد شهد أسر علمية، وحتى أتحقق من صحة هذا الفرض، على أن أدرس الموضوع دراسة علمية منهجية تقوم على فرض الفروض، ثم التحقق من صحتها، بعدما لاحت الملاحظة أولاً بوجود الموضوع كشذرات متناثرة بين أوراق من تاريخ علوم الحضارة الإسلامية.
وأود أن أنبه إلى أننى لا أزعم أن الأسر العلمية التى تبحث فيها هذه الدراسة وتتناولها، هى كل الأسر التى شهدها المجتمع العلمى الإسلامى إبان عصر ازدهاره، بل هى عبارة عن نماذج تمثل موضوع هذه الدراسة التى تحاول أن تجيب على بعض التساؤلات التى تطرحها، وهى: هل شهد المجتمع الإسلامى وجود أسر علمية؟ وإن وجدت، فإلى أى مدى كان تأثيرها على المجتمع العلمى؟، ما المجالات العلمية التى شهدت مثل هذا النوع من الأسر؟، ما المنطلقات المعرفية التى انطلقت منها هذه الأسر؟، ما الطريقة العلمية الداخلية لكل أسرة من الأسر؟، ما مدى اتفاق أو اختلاف الأسر العلمية المتباينة التخصصات فى أصولها ومميزاتها؟ إلى أى حد استطاعت الأسر العلمية أن تسهم فى ازدهار النهضة العلمية التى شهدها العالم الإسلامى، واثر ذلك فى تطور العلم الغربى؟.. أسئلة جوهرية ومنهجية تحاول هذه الدراسة الإجابة عنها.
