وأرجو أن يجد كل من الزوجين وكل المقبلين على الزواج بعض ما يهمه معرفته عن الأحكام الشرعية الخاصة بوثيقة الزواج الرسمية التي يتنادى العالم الإسلامي من مشرقه إلى مغربه، بضرورة الاحتكام إليها في كل جوانب الحياة الزوجية.
وهذه الدراسة تشتمل على ثلاثة فصول: (الفصل الأول التعريف بالشرط وبيان خصائصه وأقسامه، الفصل الثاني مبدأ الاشتراط في الفقه الإسلامي، الفصل الثالث الاشتراط في عقد الزواج).
