التركيز فى هذا الكتاب يؤكد على أهمية قيمة المواطنة التى من شانها تحقيف الشعور بالأمان والاستقرار والخروج من أسر التبعية فى إطار مبادئ وقيم تعيها الذات وتتمثلها قبل انخراطها وأندماجها فى الجامعة الوطنية ونؤكد فى تناولنا لهذا الكتاب المؤلف كيف يتحقق المجتمع الآمن والذى يتطلب الأمر أن يضم هذا المجتمع العربي الكبير من المحيط إلى الخليج مواطنين على درجة كبيرة من الوعى بقيم المشاركة والانتماء وتحمل المسئولية.
