توسع اللغة العربية بمجاليها اللُّغوي والثَّقافيِّ من خِلال تآخيها مع اللُّغات الأخرى يؤسِّس للهُوِيَّة المركَّبة والإبداعيَّة الَّتي تُعَطَّلُ لِمُجرَّد إنتمائها بالولادة والمُواطنَةِ المَحْدودة أمَّا الهُوِيَّةُ والمُواطنةُ الحَقُّ فتكْمُنانِ في اللُّغةِ الَّتي أُفْصِحُ بِها عن ذاتي الخاصَّة المُتَعانقة مع هُوِيَّة الآخِر، ولا علاقةَ للعرب في صناعتها، وبَعِيداً من التَّعَصُّب يستدرك التَّطُور الَّذي يُصيبُها.
ما يَقُودُ إلى طَرْحِ الإشكاليَّة لإسْتِشْراف نَظْرةٍ مستقبليَّة قائمة على تقويم نَظْرَة المُتَعَصِّبينَ لِلُّغة العربيَّة في نِسَبَها لِلأَنْدلس إلى الفَتْرة الزَّمنيَّة الَّتي تعاقَبَ عليها الإسلام، متناسية جِوارُها (مالْطا) في هَذه الفترة، أي تجميدها في عصرها وفي عصر آخَرَ، فتجسيدُ اللَّفْظ مُتَطِّورٌ بِتَطوُرِ الزَّمَن، ويُصبح قاتِلاً للإبداع حين نُهْمِلُ، نحن العربَ كالغَرْبِ لُغَةً وُلِدت في (مالْطا) ولادةً قَسْرِيَّةً مُشَوَّهةً بفعل المُمارسات السَّيَاسيَّة، العسكريَّة، والإقتصادية فشكلَّتْ لُغةَ العَوْلَمة.
