إن التفقه في الشريعة بصفة عامة، وفي مجال الحقوق والإلتزامات، والمعاملات المالية والمصرفية والتجارية على وجه الخصوص، من أعظم القربات إلى الله سبحانه وتعالى؛ لأنه ميزان العمل، حلاً وحرمة وفعلاً وتركاً وصحة وفساداً؛ لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "من يرد الله به خيراً يفقهه في الدين".
فهذه هي الطبعة الثانية مزيدة ومنقحة، وفق آخر التعديلات التشريعية، من كتابنا: "أحكام الإلتزام في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية والأنظمة السعودية"، بعد أن نفذت بسرعة الطبعة الأولى الصادرة منه عام 2012م؛ وهي في أساسها خلاصة منظمة للمحاضرات التي ألقيتها على طلاب مادة "أحكام الإلتزام"، بكلية الحقوق الجديدة بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز بجدة، خلال الفصل الأول من العام الجامعي 1434/ 1435هـ (2013/ 2014)، وذلك حسب البرنامج الرسمي ومحتويات المادة المقررة.
وقد تابعت منهجي الذي سلكته منذ الطبعة الاولى من هذا الكتاب، بالتركيز على مبادئ الفقه الإسلامي من أصوله، ونصوص الأنظمة السعودية المختلفة، بالشرح والتحليل والمناقشة، بعيداً عن الخلافات المذهبية والتفريعات الجزئية والتفاصيل الثانوية، لتمكين الطالب من فهم الأساسيات الجوهرية، وإستيعاب القوانين واللوائح التي ينتمي إليها بكل يسر.
