من الواجب الذي تقرضه علينا شريعتنا أن نساهم في بيان عظيمة هذه الشريعة، وسيكون بحثي هذا محصورا في المعاملات حيث نظمت الشريعة قواعد المعاملات وأسباب نشوء الحقوق في الذمم وعملت من ناحية أخرى على تنظيم إبراء الذمم وحددت أن إبراء الذمم من أقرب الطرق وأيسرها،أمر مطلوب من الشارع الحكيم.
لما كان لله حرمات مصانة ولا يجوز الإعتداء عليها وكان الدين في الذمة من تلك الحرمات لا يجوز إنكاره أو المماطلة فيه، فإذا ما طل أحد، أو جحد هذا الدين فإنه بذلك يعتدي على حق من حقوق العباد، وإعتداء على حرمة من حرمات الله.
قمت بإلقاء الضوء على بعض قواعد الشريعة الإسلامية لتجد مجالها فى التطبيق العملي.
وقد وضعت منهجا لأسير عليه في معالجة هذا الموضوع وراعيت فيه أن يكون مترسماً لحظي منهج البحث العلمي.
