هذا الكتاب يتضمن ما يأتي شرح تفصيلي مُقارن لنظم إنتخاب رئيس الجمهورية فى الدساتير والقوانين العربية والأجنبية وشرح مواد قانون الإنتخابات الرئاسية المصرى رقم 174 لسنة 2005 المعدل والأصول الدستورية لإنتخاب رئيس الجمهورية وسلطاته وصلاحياته وعلاقته بالسلطات المختلفة وأحكام المحكمة الدستورية العليا المصرية بشأن الإنتخابات وأركان جرائم قانون الإنتخابات الرئاسية والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية المتعلقة بها والملاحظات القضائية وأهم المصطلحات القانونية الإنجليزية والفرنسية المتعلقة بالإنتخابات والصيغ القانونية للطلبات والدعاوى والدستور الفرنسى وذلك فيما يلى: أولاً : شرح تفصيلي مُقارن لكل مادة على حدة من مواد قانون الإنتخابات الرئاسية رقم 174 لسنة 2005 المعدل وقرار لجنة الإنتخابات الرئاسية رقم 1/2005 بشأن قواعد مباشرة اللجنة لإختصاصاتها وأحكام المحكمة الدستورية العليا بشأن الإنتخابات . ثانياً : شرح الأصول الدستورية لإنتخاب رئيس الجمهورية في النظام القانوني المصري وسلطاته وطرق إختياره وصلاحياته وعلاقاته بسلطات الدولة الأخرى ثالثاً: المقارنة بين نظم إنتخاب رئيس الجمهورية فى التشريعات العربية والأجنبية رابعاً : شرح أركان جرائم قانون الإنتخابات الرئاسية والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية المتعلقة بها وأهم المصطلحات القانونية الإنجليزية والفرنسية المتعلقة بالإنتخابات خامساً : الصيغ القانونية للطلبات والدعاوى والأوراق والأحكام القضائية المتعلقة بالإنتخابات الرئاسية والنص الكامل لدستور الجمهورية الفرنسية باللغة الفرنسية
