هذا الدراسة هي تحليل لأوضاع الشرق الأوسط يتقاطع فيه جيوبوليتيك الأديان وجيوبوليتيك الأمم، وهو في الوقت عينه دعوة للتأمّل في واقعنا ومصيرنا على ضوء ما يحدث عندنا وحولنا من تحوّلات جيو-سياسيّة كبرى. هدفنا الأساس هو إخراج الجميع من سجن الاستيهانات (fantasmes) أي التصوّرات التخييليّة الخادعة التي تلفّ الشّرق الأوسط بدوله وأنظمته وشعوبه وأحداثه ونموذجها ما يجري في جارتنا العزيزة سوريا. إنّ فلسفة البروبغندا التي برعت بها جهات وأجهزة معروفة، محليّة وإقليميّة ودوليّة، يرادُ منها تضليل الرأي العام عندنا حول: من يصارع من في الشّرق الأوسط؟ وما هي محفّزات هذا الصراع؟ وما هي نوايا المتصارعين؟ وما هي أهدافهم؟ وبالتالي، ما هي استراتيجيّاتهم؟ ومن هو المستهدف الأساسي في مجمل هذا الصراع؟
إنّ واجبنا الأخلاقي والفكري والوطني تجاه شعوب هذه المنطقة يلزمنا بأن نشرح هذه الرؤية الجيوبوليتيكيّة للأحداث بعناوينها العامّة، مذكّرين بحقيقتين لا ينبغي أن تغربا عن بال أحد:
الأولى: إنّ التحليل الصحيح للأمور هو حلّها.
الثانية: كما أنّ للدّول جيوبوليتيك تعمل فيه للتنافس أو التنازع أو التصارع للسيطرة على حيّزات جغرافيّة وسكّانها، كذلك الأديان جيوبوليتيك.
وعليه، فإنّ التحليل الصحيح وبالتالي الفهم الصحيح لما يجري الآن في منطقتنا يندرج ضمن صراع جيوبوليتيكي عالمي أشمل بدأ يتبلور منذ الربع الأخير من القرن العشرين، ولا ينفع تجاهله أو التستّر عليه ولا بدّ من كشفه وتظهيره لفهم ما يحدث الآن.
