Book Description
إن التربة الجيدة والتي تعد وسط مناسب لنمو النبات لا بد إن تخزن وتجهز الماء والمواد الغذائية وتكون خالية من التراكيز العالية للعوامل السامة.
إن نظام التربة (التربة والماء والنبات) يكون أكثر تعقيداً لأن جذور النباتات يجب إن تتنفس بإستمرار وإن أغلب نباتات الكرة الأرضية لأستطيع نقل الأوكسجين من أجزائها الهوائية إلى جذورها بصورة كافية لسد حاجة تنفس الجذور.
وبهذا يجب إن تكون التربة قادرة تبادل الغازات بينها وبين الجو إي وجود مسامات تسمح بحركة الهواء والماء، لأن التربة المشبعة بالماء تؤدي إلى إختناق الجذور كما هو الحال في الترب المتغدقة وإن الترب الجافة جداً تكون عرضة للتشقق والتفتيت وبالتالي تكون عرضة للتعرية الربحية.
وإستناداً لخبرة المؤلفين الطويلة في تدريس العلوم المختلفة للتربة والمياه من الناحية الفيزيائية والكيميائية والحيوية والبيئة والتلوث سعى هذا الكتاب إلى التعريف ما تحتويه التربة والماء من عناصر وملوحة وpH وخواص كيميائية أخرى بالإضافة إلى معرفة خواصها الفيزيائية مثل المسامية التي تسمح بدخول وحركة الماء والهواء ومحتواها من الماء وغيرها بالإضافة لمعرفة محتوى النبات من العناصر وإجراء التحاليل الحيوية المهمة لتفسير بعض المشاكل تفسيراً علمياً مبني على البحث العلمي للتوصل لحل علمي للمشاكل الناتجة من التربة والماء والنبات وبالتالي زيادة المعرفة بما يخص التربة من ناحية العلوم الهندسية والعلوم الأخرى.
إن هذا الكتاب منهجي يغطي مفردات التربة والمياه والبيئة في الهندسة وكلية العلوم قسم علوم الحياة ومواد أخرى في كلية التربية والزراعة وكذلك مهم جداً بالنسبة لطلاب الدراسات العليا في الكليات المذكورة كماً ولهذا الكتاب أهمية كبيرة لجميع العاملين والمختصين في العلوم الأخرى.
