الباب الثاني: ويتناول العلاقات المتبادلة بين النقل والبيئة موضحاً تأثير العوامل الجغرافية- بوجهيها الطبيعي والبشري- علي توجيه شبكات النقل وتحديد مساراتها، ثم بعض الآثار السلبية البيئية للنقل مثل تلوث البيئة وأزمة المرور وغيرها.
الباب الرابع: ويناقش تحليل أنماط النقل المختلفة، من حيث تطورها، وخصائصها، وتوزيعها الجغرافي علي مستوي أقاليم العالم المختلفة.
ويتقدم المؤلف بهذا الكتاب إلي المتخصصين في النقل، وكذلك المثقف العادي باسلوب بسيط ومشوق حتي تتحقق الفائدة المرجوة منه، وهو بهذا يشكل بنة في بناء المكتبة الجغرافية العربية.
