ونظراً لما يربط باكستان تاريخياً بدول الخليج والدول الإسلامية الأخرى في منطقة الشرق الأوسط من علاقات ثقافية وسياسية واقتصادية وأمنية وثيقة، فإن فشل باكستان ستكون له عواقب وخيمة للغاية على هذه الدول جميعها. وبالتالي، فإن على أصدقاء باكستان ألا يكتفوا بتمني الخير لها فحسب، بل ينبغي أن يمدوا لها يد العون أيضاً، كلٌّ قدر ما يستطيع، كي يضمنوا نجاحها في الصراع الذي تخوضه.
