هذا الموضوع يستحق بذل الجهد المستطاع لتجليته وتبينه للناس، ذلك أن الشريعة الاسلامية اذا كانت بالنسبة للمسلمين دينا وقانونا، فهى بالنسبة لغير المسلمين قانون ما داموا أنهم من أهل دار الاسلام. وحقيق على أولى الأمر في الدول الاسلامية ان يعرفوا حقوق غير المسلمين في المديان الدستوري، ومن الخير لهؤلاء ان يحيطوا بهذه الأحكام فيعرفوا هذا الجانب من جوانب التشريع الاسلامي. ولامراء أن هذا الأمر يحتاج إلى مزيد من البيان والتبيين في عصرنا الحاضر وذلك بعد ان نفضت الدول الاسلامية عنها سطرة الاستعمار الغربي الذي غلب على أكثرها ، ورأت أن تنص في دساتيرها الحديثة على أن مبادئ الشريعة الاسلامية مصدر رئيسى للتشريع.
