عُرفت الثورات عبر التاريخ الإنساني كحالات تمرد شعبية تفاوتت معها الأسباب والنتائج، لكنّ الذي حكم ولا يزال يحكم هذه النزعة الثورية على اختلاف زمانها ومكانها يتمثل في إرادة التغيير؛ على غرار ما شهدته فرنسا خلال ثورتها المعروفة (1789) وما حدث خلال العقد الثاني من الألفية الثالثة في دول عربية ونعني ما سُمّي بالربيع العربي وتباعاً حال اللبنانيين بعد السابع عشر من اكتوبر (2019) حيث تمثلت نزعة حراك السواد الأعظم من الناس في نبض جماعي مشترك على أثر شعور عام بالاستياء من أوضاع معيشية قاسية وقلق اجتماعي على المصير، فخرجت الألوف المؤلفة من اللبنانيين في حالة من الغليان الشعبي الغاضب. وما عزز فعالية هذا الحراك الشعبي وتنامي مساره الشاجبِ هو "العدوى النفسيةُ الناشئة عن طرق النشر" (milling) حيث سرت أخبار التحرك وأحداثه سريان النار في الهشيم، ومع توّسع الأخبار وتداولها عبر وسائل الإعلام ومنشورات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (التي بدأت شرارتها من قرار حكومي تمثل في فرض ضريبة على استخدام تطبيق تواصلي مجاني) تحركت المشاعر فأصبح الجميع في استثارة انفعالية تحوّل معها التجمر إلى ثورة، و"الثورة -على ما يذكر غوستاف لوبون في كتابه روح الثورات- مهما كان مصدرها لا تصبح ذات نتائج إلا بعد هبوطها إلى روح الجماعات. فالجماعة تتم الثورة ولا تكون مصدرها" (لوبون،غ،2016: 24)، وفي هذا السياق يمكن فهم خروج اللبنانيين عشيةَ 17 تشرين في احتجاجات مناطقية عامة. وتزامناً مع هذه الاحتجاجات اشتعلت كذلك الفضاءات التواصلية ليس كوسيلة نشر وحسب وإنما كوسائط تعبير وتأثير برزت تداعياتها مع ظاهرات احتشاد غير مسبوقة في الساحات والأماكن العامة والطرقات. وإزاء ما حدث، تستقصي هذه الدراسة في مقاربتها الميدانية رأي اللبنانيين عن طبيعة هذا الحراك ورؤيتهم له، وتبيِّنُ الأسس الفاعلة في دور المواقع الإلكترونية والمجال العام في حيوية هذا الحراك وديمومته. فهل يمكن اعتبار الاحتجاجات المندلعة منذ 17 تشرين ثورة فعلية من حيث الأثر والدور؟
