وقد ضاعف من صعوبة البحث في موضوع العدالة ارتباطه بشتى الموضوعات القيميّة والأخلاقية والقانونية والسياسية والأنثروبولوجية والإبستيمولوجية؛ ما جعله موضوعاً وثيق الصلات بالكثير من الحقول العلمية والنظرية من قبيل الفلسفة السياسية، وفلسفة الأخلاق، وفلسفة الحقوق، والأنثروبولوجيا الفلسفية.
وقد أضفى ذلك نوعاً من الجاذبية والحيوية على هذا البحث، واستدعى مزيداً من التعمّق المطرد.
