وبما إن اللغات التي ظهرت في جزيرة العرب وبلاد الرافدين وأرض كنعان ومصر كانت تشترك بخصائص وصفات تخدل على وحدة المنشأ علاوة على إن الأقوام التي عاشت في تلك المناطق كانت تشترك بصفات وروابط مشتركة جاءت هذه الدراسة اليهود بين حقيقة النصوص المسمارية ورواية الكتاب المقدس "العهد القديم" دراسة مقارنة لتسلط الضوء على مجيء اليهود إلى بلاد الرافدين وإستقرارهم فيها من خلال النصوص المسمارية المتوفرة والإشارات التي وردت في العهد القديم فكانت هذه الدراسة وبحكم ما تضمنته شمعة مضيئة على طريق الباحثين لسبر أغوار تاريخ حضارتنا العريقة.
