مما يجعل الحديث عن هذه الديانة يجرنا للوقوف أمام العديد من محطاتها التاريخية، لنفسر ما نراه اليوم داخل الجماعة اليهودية من فرق وطوائف دينية وأخرى سياسية، كانت لها جذورها التاريخية المترامية في شتى بقاع العالم، وهذا ما يفتح باب دراسة الخصائص والمميزات التي امتاز بها هؤلاء وأولئك.
