هذا الكتاب يتضمن ما يأتي: شرح تفصيلي لأحكام الغصب في الشريعة الإسلامية والقوانين العربية وذلك فيما يلي: أولًا: الأصول الشرعية العامة الحاكمة للغصب في الشريعة الإسلامية والتشريعات العربية (الغصب في القرآن الكريم، وفي السنة النبوية الشريفة، وآراء المذاهب الفقهية الإسلامية بشأنه), ثانيًا: موقف التقنين المدني المصري والدستور من الشريعة الإسلامية وصور الغصب التي وردت في التقنين المدني المصري وهي (الإثراء بلا سبب، وبيع ملك الغير، والالتصاق، وسلب الحيازة), ثالثًا: صور الغصب في قانون العقوبات المصري الحالي (الحصول على مال بالقوة والتهديد والبلطجة والفرق بين الغصب والإتلاف والسرقة في القوانين العربية والدعاوى المختلفة).
رابعًا: أسباب اختلاف المذاهب الفقهية في الشريعة الإسلامية عمومًا والمسائل التي اتفقت فيها المذاهب الإسلامية من أحكام الغصب والمسائل التي اختلفت فيها تلك المذاهب بشأن الغصب, خامسًا: الآيات القرآنية الكريمة والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة المتعلقة بالغصب وأحكامه الشرعية, سادسًا: أحكام الغصب في التشريعات الوضعية المعاصرة (النص القانوني للمادة 44 مكرر من قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية وسبب إصدارها ومفهوم الحيازة بشأنها والسلطة المختصة بإصدار قرارات حماية الحيازة وسماع أقوال أطراف النزاع وإعلان قرار النيابة العامة بشأن الحيازة والتظلم منه وأحكام محكمة النقض بشأن الحيازة والنزاع حول مسكن الزوجية), سابعًا: المشكلات المتعلقة بالغصب في الشريعة الإسلامية والقوانين الوضعية وحلولها الشرعية والقانونية.
