نقوم بإلقاء الضوء في هذا البحث على جريمة غسيل الأموال، ومن ثم نقسمه إلى ثلاثة فصول، نتناول في الفصل الأول: مدى علاقة جريمة غسيل الأموال بالإجرام المنظم، حيث نتكلم عن ماهية الجريمة المنظمة، ثم خصائص هذه الجريمة، كما نتناول في هذا الفصل عن ماهية جريمة غسل الأموال والبنيان القانوني لهذه الجريمة، ثم أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بين كل من الجريمة المنظمة وجريمة غسل الأموال، أما الفصل الثاني: فسوف نتناول في أهم المخاطر الإقتصادية والإجتماعية والسياسية المترتبة على جريمة غسل الأموال، وأما الفصل الثالث والأخير: فنتكلم فيه عن الجهود الدولية والإقليمية لمكافحة ظاهرة غسل الأموال ثم عن معوقات (عقبات) مكافحة ظاهرة غسيل الأموال، حيث نشير إلى سرية الحسابات البنكية وعلاقاتها بجريمة غسيل الأموال، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة أخرى من المعوقات (العقبات).
