الفكر الثوري العربي مايزال يتخبط في الطور الأخلاقي الميتافيزيقي البدائي ولم يدخل بعد الطور العلمي . لذلك إن أراد أن يحقق دوره وجب عليه أن يدرس الواقع الموضوعي في موضوعيته المستقلة ، وفيما تتكشف عنه من إتجاهات وقوانين فيعترف بها ويدل
عليها، وإن كانت تنفي ميوله ونوازعه الإنسانية والأخلاقية
الملاحظات القليلة التي أبديها في هذا البحث حول ما أسميته " بالعلمنة الإنقلابية "

إن مايشكل إذن الصعيد الذي يمتد إليه تفكيري كمفكر إجتماعي ليس موقفاً أخلاقياً أمام الدين ، وإنما واقع الدين الموضوعي ، كما هو ، كما يتراءي لي علي ضوء قناعتي العلمية ، دون أن أترك للأهواء أن تؤثر في رؤية هذا الواقع

فى هذا البحث يُحاول د / نديم البيطار أن يدرك أسباب تخلف الفكر العربى الثورى و نتائج سيطرة التفكير الغيبى الميتافيزيقى عليه مُستعيناً بالأدوات العلمية الضرورية و موضحاً و شارحاً لضرورة تفكيك بنية العقل العربى الميتافيزيقى لصالح البنية العلمية الثورية مؤكداً أن العِلمانية ضرورة لا مفر منها
