نعيم صبرى روائى وشـاعر مصرى مقيم بالقاهرة . بدأ مسـيرته الأدبية بكتابة الشـعر وأصدر فى البداية ديوانى شـعر ، يوميات طابع بريد وتأملات فى الأحوال . اتجه بعد ذلك اٍلى المسـرح وكتب مسـرحية بئر التوتة ، وهى مسـرحية شـعرية موسـيقـية . كتب بعد ذلك مسـرحيته الشـعرية الزعيم ثم عاد فأصدر ديوان شـعر حديث الكائنات . بدأ نعيم صبرى كتاباته النثرية بكتاب عن سـيرة طفولته بعنوان يوميات طفل قديم ثم واصل كتاباته النثرية فأصدر تسـع روايات حتى الآن ، أحدثها رواية "وتظل تحلم اٍيزيس" ، التى صدرت فى 2009 عن دار نشـر مدبولى . درس نعيم صبري الهندسة الميكانيكية وتخرج من كلية الهندسة بجامعة القاهرة عام 1968. عمل في المجال الهندسي وفي الأعمال الحرة حتى تفرغ للأدب منذ سنة 1995. متزوج من السيدة نجوى يوسف وأب لابنة واحدة، .سارة صبري.

طلب قهوة من المضيفة فأحضرتها له على الفور. جلس يرتشف القهوة بهدوء وهو مستغرق فى تفكير عميق. It has to work إن مصر هى المكان الأمثل لنجاح هذا المشروع. مستوى المعيشة المنخفض سيدفع الناس تبحث عن أى فرصة للكسب لكي تعيش. فقر وزياة نسل، أية ظروف يمكن أن تكون أفضل من ذلك. يجب أن تكون الحركة سريعة، أرجو أن يكون كريم كفئاً للتعامل مع المشروع. ليس لدى الكثير من الوقت لأقضيه بالقاهرة. لقد ألح علي كثيرا للحضور إلى مصر وبداية الاستثمار فيها. وها هى الفرصة التى يجب أن يتلقفها.. سأرتب معه الأمر ثم أتركه ليكمل.. أتابعه من نيويورك، وقد أعود للقاهرة عند الحاجة. !Let's see what he can do استمر آندرو يقلب الأمر في رأسه وهو يرتب أفكاره ويضع الخطوات اللازمة والأسئلة التى سيحتاج إلى إجابات عنها من كريم، قبل أن يعود إلي نيويورك في نهاية الأسبوع.
