الريف المغاربي وتحولات الأسرة عبر الزمان والمكان، هو الفضاء الروائي الذي اختاره مصطفى لغتيري في روايته "حسناء إيمزورن" مسلطاً الضوء على التركيبة الإجتماعية للأسرة الريفية المغربية، والوجود التقليدي لذهنيات محافظة في نظرتها للعلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة. فحسناء إيمزورن هي "شامة" بطلة الرواية التي سيكون لها موعداً مع الحب. فاكتشاف الأنوثة يعني تلمس الأحاسيس الجديدة التي تجتاح الروح والجسد، وهو ما سيتم تظهيره في الرواية من خلال علاقتها بـ "يوسف" الذي أحبته من أول نظرة، عندما جاء لنقل أفراد أسرتها إلى حيث توجد الجدة على بعد عشرة كيلومترات تقريباً في أعماق الجبل، وفجأة تنقلب الفتاة الصغيرة إلى عاشقة يزيد من توهجها عالم الريف الساحر المستتر الذي لا يسمح إلا بما يؤجج العواطف والأحلام والهواجس. وهنا تبدو "شامة" إنسانة محبة للجمال ومهتمة بأنوثتها إلى درجة تتورط فيها بعلاقتها مع يوسف والذي سيهجرها بعد حين، تاركاً إياها تواجه مصيرها بنفسها ""عمد الأخوة إلى الحبال، قيّدوا شامة وأنزلوها في غياهب الجب، وسط توسلاتها الحزينة التي لم تفدها في شيء. تدريجياً اختفت عن الأنظار. وحده أنينها ظل يصل خافتاً، يمتزج مع أنين رحيمو وإبنتها الصغرى اللتين كانتا تتألمان بصمت، عن بعد تتفرجان على المشهد بلا حول ولا قوة ...".
عليه، "حسناء إيمزورن" صيحة في وجه واقع إستبدادي من منظور الرواية الحديثة، تطرح أسئلة جوهرية على صعيد البنية والدلالة معاً، وتشبع رغبتنا في النهل من صور الحياة المغربية القحة.
